A new age for copyright – Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market

Abstract

This article deals with the selected aspects of new Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market focusing on most controversial articles of the respective Directive concerning the liability for online contents, protection of press publications published online, and rights of the authors for adequate protection and other new rights of the authors with respect to the online uses.
