Abstract

The article deals with the cross-section of the law of armed conflicts and environmental law. The text is divided into two parts. The first gives examples of environmental disasters that have been caused during armed conflicts or as an unwanted effect of attacks. The second part gives a critical analysis of the existing normative regulation.
