The legal status of bankruptcy trustee under the Act of bankruptcy trustees

Abstract

The article deals with some aspects of legal status of bankruptcy trustee under the Act of bankruptcy trustees No. 8/2005 Coll. It describes individual assumptions for practice of bankruptcy trustee and conditions for registration to the list of bankruptcy trustees. The article pointing out on differences between the practice of bankruptcy trustee as an individual person and the practice of bankruptcy trustee as a legal person with use of comparison method.
