Abstract

The contribution deals with the issue of the claim of the co-owner (s) who does not use the thing, does not want to use, can not use in relation to the co-owner (co-owners) who uses the thing, possibly prevents another co-owner from using (detaining detention, etc.) from the point of view of decision-making practice courts.
