Comparison of the Czech and Slovak legal regulation of the institute of wiretapping and recording of telecommunication traffic

Abstract

This publication deals with comparation the most important differences between Czech and Slovak legislation on wiretapping and recording of telecommunication traffic. The publication analyses both legal systems and critically assesses which legal system is more advanced and more reflective of the protection of the right to privacy.
