On the unsuitability of PM´s bills (as exemplary of an amendment to the Law on Public Prosecutions)

Abstract

The contribution to the example of changes in the Law on Public Prosecutions shows that a legislative solution in the form of a PM´s bill is not appropriate in any case. The right of MP´s to table bills is legitimate, but it reduces the transparency of the legislative process.
