Extinction of criminality of administrative offenses of legal entities

Abstract

In connection with the tortious liability of legal persons, the question arises as to whether the same principles of punishment can be applied to them as against natural persons, whether there are general principles of punishment (for natural and legal persons), and within the given issue whether circumstances excluding illegality can also be applied to administrative punishment of legal persons, although in the laws containing the facts of administrative offenses of legal persons their regulation is absent.
