Abstract

One of the obligations of an accused person is to tolerate the acts of law enforcement authorities in a criminal process and the courts to determine the identity of an accused person. The fulfillment of this obligation has various significance. The fulfillment of this obligation is simultaneously connected with various theoretical and applicable issues. The fulfillment of this obligation is simultaneously limited, at the very least, by legislation framework. The purpose of this contribution is of suggested issues related to this obligation of an accused person to deal with and find out its legitimacy and legality.
