This discussion stimulus deals with the person of a forensic expert, expert activity and expert opinion for the field of health care, especially in relation to the impartiality of expert activity. As a forensic expert, as a person authorized under a special law to make an expert opinion, can significantly affect the outcome of the court process, the outcome of his activity – the expert opinion, should have as evidence the necessary professional and credible weight.
