The status of tenants of flats as a reason for their legal protection

Abstract

The article focuses on the legal status of tenants of flats and the related scope of the legal protection of the tenant. In general, the lease of an apartment is protected, while the weaker side of the relationship is considered to be a tenant who, through the lease, satisfies his basic social right – the right to housing. However, is this requirement fulfilled if the tenant of the flat is a legal person?
