Current problems of building law in Slovak republic

Abstract

The construction legislation in Slovak republic is currently unsatisfactory. To understand the current state of the construction industry and its current problems it is important to know its development. Therefore, in this work I will make a brief excursion to this issue, analyze the current legal situation, point out some problems and propose a new legal regulation of construction.
