Obligatory part of a restructuring plan and its individual groups

Abstract

The article focuses on the topic of obligatory part of a restructuring plan and its individual groups of a claims under the part three, section five of Act on Bankruptcy and Restructuring no. 7/2005 Coll. In submit article author refers on the importance of correct and enough certain obligatory part of the restructuring plan, what is necessary for approve of the restructuring plan by court. The article also analyses individual groups of the claims, which are part of the restructuring plan and states the method of inclusion of the claims into the mentioned groups.
