Abstract

The aim of this article is to point out how criminal law views the personality of the offender. It is divided into several parts that deal with individual topics. In the article, criminal aspects of the offender’s personality are elaborated. There is elaborated the concept of the offender, his criminal responsibility, and the motivation of the perpetrator to commit crimes.
