File for a payment calendar

Abstract

Act no. 7/2005 Coll. on bankruptcy and restructuring allows debtors to annul their debts. The debtor, being the only one authorized, files a proposal for bankruptcy or files for a payment calendar. This article analyzes mainly filing proposals for a payment calendar and how it’s a difficult administrative procedure, with examples of its uses in practice.
