Selected criminological aspects of drug-related crime

Abstract

This article will provide readers with a brief excursion into selected aspects of drug-related crime from a criminological perspective. It deals with the explanation of the term drug crime, explains the relationship of perpetrators of drug-related crime in connection with drug using and introduces the readers to the current development of the fight against drug-related crime in the context of the European Union and the Slovak Republic.
