Development of the crime of treason in the territory of the Slovak Republic

Abstract

The article describes the development of criminal law protection of state establishment that were located in Slovakia, in the manner of the crime of treason, in the period from the Austro-Hungarian monarchy to the current state of affairs. Through a way of comparing the individual merits of the crimes of treason and their features, we are examining how the state establishment was protected by criminal law in its various stages of development and what changes arose in this development in merits.
